We hope you love your Taliswind pieces. If something is not right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • In its original packaging (including any gift pouch, box, or card)

2. Non-Returnable Items

We generally cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized pieces (such as custom sizing or special designs)

  • Final-sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Items that have been clearly worn, damaged, or altered by the customer

If you are unsure whether an item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at supports@taliswind.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
  2. If your return is approved, we will send you the return instructions and return address.
  3. Unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake, return shipping costs are usually your responsibility.
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once confirmed, we will:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Provide a refund to your original payment method

We may ask you to return the item depending on the situation.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).

  • Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or if the error was on our side.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
